Alerts

Watch a polling unit, ward, local government, state, or a whole election. In-app notices are always stored. Email and push leave from the background worker when those channels are on. A burst of flags becomes one digest. Without prepaid credits the notice is a headline. Staff and accounts with credits still inside 12 months receive the flag detail. An alert is not an official result.
